North East Physiotherapy Services are excited to now offer a new programme called

Mums on the Move!

We work with people who have issues with movement, pain or general well-being and understand the physical demands of pregnancy, childbirth, breast-feeding and caring for your baby.  Our experienced physiotherapists can design an evidence-based exercise program to keep you moving through life….especially for such a busy and tiring time of your life! 

Due to popular demand, North East Physiotherapy has recently opened the purpose-designed Studio 20 Clinical Pilates located at 20 Chisholm St, Wangaratta.

At Studio 20 we have more space plus specialised spring-loaded resistance equipment, including multiple Reformer Beds and Trapeze Tables. 

  ·         Reducing spinal and pelvic pain

  ·         Improving postural awareness

  ·         Increasing trunk and core stability

  ·         A firmer, flatter stomach

Our Mums on the Move package requires a Clinical Pilates pathway of progression to ensure the programme is specifically tailored to your individual needs. You will initially be required to attend for 5 one-on-one assessment and training sessions. Over a 4-6 week period your physiotherapist will fine tune and progress your program to suit your physical goals. You may then progress to small supervised group settings with other “Mums” and ultimately, where appropriate, to independent sessions.
