Clinical Pilates is evidence-based exercise which is developed, monitored and
progressed by Physiotherapists to provide a personalised exercise
program for the individual. We take into account any existing
musculo-skeletal issues and tailor the program to suit the person.

premises at 20 Chisholm Street, Wangaratta and 24 Belmore St, Yarrawonga!
We are currently renovating our Benalla practice at 39 Nunn St, to be allow us to offer Studio 20 Clinical Pilates for clients in the Benalla region.

Who is it for?
Clinical Pilates benefits people of all ages with movement disorders or injuries and can help with improving general health and fitness. Clinical Pilates will get results for back, neck and spinal pain, sports injuries management, improving posture, trunk and core stability, muscle and joint problems, injury prevention, arthritis, balance, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Core stabilisation training and efficient trunk muscle function have been shown to assist recovery and importantly, reduce the risk of injury.

Your Clinical Pilates trained physiotherapist will do a thorough musculo-skeletal assessment to ensure that the exercise program will be specific for you to reach your goals.
What does it involve?
Retraining muscles to work again after poor function due to pain or injury with:
One-on-One Consultations
Supervised Group Sessions
Independent sessions and packages
Individually tailored programs
Your physiotherapist will fine tune and progress your Clinical Pilates program to suit your personal needs. A home program will also be developed.
You will require at least five individual sessions to develop your program.
The pathway of progression involves continuing your individualised program within a small supervised group environment and then the later option of independent sessions within the Studio.
Can I use my Private Health Insurance extras' Rebates?
Rebates for treatment are available under private health insurance schemes which may be claimed electronically at the time of consultation. Eligible clients may be covered under Veterans Affairs, EPC, TAC or Workers Compensation Schemes.
